HOW DO THE ACCREDITED COURSES DIFFER FROM OUR 1:1 COURSES?
Our accredited courses differ from our 1:1 courses as they gain you a qualification in makeup where as our 1:1 lessons gain you a certificate with the Glam by Polly Academy. This qualification is trusted and and accepted for insurance and is one of the most recognised qualifications throughout the UK professional beauty industry.

HOW WILL THE COURSE BE SET OUT?
All of our accredited courses will require theory to be completed online before you come to the academy. Our two day fast track course will run two consecutive days from 10am - 5:30pm with a one hour lunch break half way through the day. Our three day bridal course (accredited and non-accredited) will run over over 3 days 10am - 5:30pm. We kindly ask that you bring a model with you for the course however we can provide a model for you at an additional cost of £50 per day and you must give us at least 1 weeks notice.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
We do require a 20% non refundable deposit to book and this can be done via bank transfer, once your deposit has been paid you will be enrolled onto the course and from there you will be able to complete your online theory.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY COURSE?

We understand that sometimes you'll need to cancel or reschedule due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to reschedule your course we can reschedule only once and must be within 6 months of original date. You must also give a minimum of 2 weeks notice if you need to reschedule. Anymore than once or after the 2 week cut off, your non-refundable deposit will be lost and another non-refundable deposit will be required to re-book. If you wish to cancel your course completely then we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. All deposits for cancellations will stand as non-refundable.
